2025-2026 Selection and Billing Timeline
| TIMELINE | DATES | DETAILS |

| Meal Plan Purchases Begin | June 2 | Students living off-campus and upperclassmen may purchase a Meal Plan. Students living on-campus will be prompted to select their Meal Plan through their My UAHome housing portal. |
| Bursar Billing Begins | July 23 | Meal Plan charges will be applied to your Bursar account. Further changes must be made through the Meal Plans office. |
| Swipes Active | August 18 Prorated allocation | Regular allocation begins August 25. |
| Last Day for Downgrades | September 7 | You can make any final downgrades to your plan up until this date. |
| Greek Plan Changes | September 21 | You can make any final downgrades to your plan up until this date. |
Managing your Meal Plan
Meal Plan selections can be made and updated in the Meal Plans Portal. Changes will be reflected in the student's Bursar Account in 24-48 hours.
Add CatCa$h to Your Account
Adding CatCa$h is an great way to add variety to your Meal Plan and manage your budget for necessities outside of on-campus dining. Deposit funds using your credit or debit card online. Students can add funds using their Bursar account by emailing the Meal Plans office at SU-Mealplan@arizona.edu or by visiting our office in person.
CatCa$h is accepted by over 30 nearby retailers and restaurants. Visit the CatCa$h website to view all participating retailers.
Need Extra Swipes?
You can purchase a Block of 10 Swipes to supplement your existing Meal Plan. These Swipes do not expire and can be used at anytime during the semester.
